Catherine Wilhoit is an attorney based in Charleston, South Carolina. In addition to the practice of law, Mrs. Wilhoit spends extensive time working to improve conflict resolution skills among families and in educational environments through her business, Addressing Basic Conflict, LLC. She has worked with many local non-profit organizations, including Wings for Kids, Engaging Creative Minds and The Charleston County Police Department through Camp Hope, and has presented at the SC Safe Schools Summit and International Conflict Resolution Education Conference. Mrs. Wilhoit has worked in the chambers of Ret. Chief Administrative Judge Paul W. Garfinkel and the late Chief Judge of Juvenile Justice for Atlanta Fulton County, The Honorable Sanford Jones.

Mrs. Wilhoit is a South Carolina Supreme Court Certified Arbitrator, Civil Mediator and Family Mediator. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Charleston Law, where she teaches ADR and Arbitration Law and Practice, volunteers for the 9th Circuit as a Juvenile Arbitrator, and serves as President of the Mediation and Meeting Center of Charleston.
